Pathways
Pathways is an 8-week program with two components: a 4-week skills learning phase and a 4-week job placement. It is designed to facilitate employment opportunities in the trades industry for individuals with a criminal justice background.

Eligibility
- Be 18 years or older.
- Be involved in or at risk of involvement with the criminal justice system.
- Be interested in the trades.
- Have some job experience (including cash jobs)
Program Description
The program aims to increase employability skills, explore the trades industry, and provide hands-on experience.
Participants will meet in a group and one-to-one each week.
Upon completing the first phase, they will receive a $175.00 stipend.
During phase two, participants will work with the facilitator to find and secure job placements tailored to their specific interests.
Referrals
Referrals are accepted from individuals themselves, parole officers, probation officers, classification officers, social workers, counsellors and/or family members. All participants are assessed through an intake interview process.
